The CMP or Complete Meeting Package is a great option for first-time and budget-conscious meeting planners. Hotels and conference centers that focus on meetings usually have some deviation of this package. Essentially, a CMP includes all the basic elements of your meeting:

  • Guest Room
  • Breakfast
  • Morning Break
  • Lunch
  • Afternoon Break
  • Dinner
  • Meeting Room Rental
  • Standard A/V (audio/visual) equipment (e.g. flip chart and projector)
  • and, the “++” taxes and gratuity
